Daily construction points are very low (maybe even 0) when the loyalty of the town is low. The last factor that can increase your Prosperity in Bannerlord is the Housing daily default which can gain you Prosperity based on 1% of your construction output. Depending on how big your town has gotten, this bonus can get you more than +1 per day which can be a big help if you need to increase Prosperity fast. Stick with a governor of the cities culture, then don’t build anything. Cancel any current building projects and use the festival and games option to increase loyalty. Sit in the city until loyalty is around 30. Make sure there’s no hideouts around and solve settlement issues in the city and the bound villages. This is probably no where near everything that comes with scaling up the game in this sense, there is also probably a lot of engine work that would need to be considered.
