Select All Workouts from the menu that appears. Choose the session for which you want to view the heart rate zones. Select a particular exercise routine next. Check your heart rate in the āHeart Rateā area toward the bottom of the exercise report screen. Choose āShow Moreā under the Heart Rate heading.
Most watch faces can do this. On the phone open up the clock/timer/alarm app and on the World time tab, set any time zones you want to display on the watch. Then set up just about any watch face and choose the complications "World Time : " You will see multiple complications listed with "World Time : " for each one you set up

Do this for every new folder you created. From the Rainmeter icon in the taskbar, right-click and select "Refresh all". Now you can select and display every clock you created, and they will all be independent. You can set each one to the time zone corresponding to the folder you created and you should be good to go.

Deleted it, then added again by choosing a new clock face after clicking "Clock" in the suggestions. For the World Clock, it was a bit annoying because the UI is really touchy.
